Co-Founder
Arturo Gomez has spent more than 25 years building experience-driven businesses across hospitality, private aviation, and luxury travel.
Early in his career, his work centered on restaurants, nightlife, and culturally driven brands where design, atmosphere, and guest experience were everything. Today, that same discipline lives in private aviation and high-touch travel. Different formats. The same principles. Understanding how experiences are designed, how teams execute under pressure, and how small decisions compound when the stakes are high.
Over time, Arturo’s focus has evolved. Less interest in excess. More interest in judgment. How people choose. What they protect. Where friction hides. And why the best experiences often feel effortless, not because they are simple, but because someone made the right decisions long before the guest ever noticed.
His work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people. He has led concept development, marketing, partnerships, and multi-unit operations, often collaborating closely with operators, creatives, and founders to build durable, experience-led brands. The throughline has always been clarity. Knowing what matters. Knowing what doesn’t. And resisting unnecessary complexity.
Arturo co-founded Tehya Travel to reflect how travel has evolved for the clients he serves. As journeys have become more intentional and experience-led, the need for a trusted advisor who can design travel beyond logistics has become increasingly clear.
He is also the co-founder of Triumph Jets, a private aviation brokerage built around safety, discretion, and thoughtful execution. That background informs how Tehya approaches travel. With a deep understanding of movement, access, and flow, journeys are designed so transportation supports the experience rather than interrupting it.

ZACHARY ZISOOK

Zachary Zisook brings a holistic perspective to luxury travel shaped by more than two decades across real estate, design, and hospitality.
A fourth-generation real estate professional, Zach’s foundation is rooted in exceptional service, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail. His career has spanned residential development, brokerage, and client advisory fields where trust, intuition, and long-term relationships matter far more than transactions. That lens - how people live, move, and feel within a space, naturally informs how he approaches travel.
Zach’s background in hospitality is equally formative. Early in his career, he was recruited to manage VIP operations and guest services at a major Las Vegas casino resort, overseeing high-profile clientele across hotel, dining, gaming, and nightlife experiences. Immersed in five-star service standards, he developed a deep understanding of what truly defines hospitality: anticipation over reaction, consistency over spectacle, and seamless execution without excess.
That philosophy continues to shape his work today. Whether advising on property, designing a journey, or curating a stay, Zach focuses on how environments make people feel and how thoughtful details create a sense of ease.
As a luxury travel advisor, he specializes in bespoke itineraries and elevated hotel experiences worldwide. His approach is guided by the belief that exceptional travel should feel both beautifully designed and deeply personal - comfortable without being predictable, refined without being rigid.
